ALCOHOL FREE HAND SANITISER GEL
HandSafe Gel is a powerful alcohol free anti-microbial foaming hand rub, remaining active for over 4 hours, protects 250 times longer than alcohol gel and washing your hands with soap and water. It is formulated without alcohol making it kinder on the skin than alcohol-based products which after evaporating offer no protection and can cause skin damage. The product has been tested against a range of bacteria and enveloped viruses.

Instructions for Use
HandSafe Gel is a ready to use product that can be used in the absence of water or directly after washing hands to give more than 4 hours protection, protects 250 times longer than alcohol gel and washing your hands with soap and water. Dispense three or four drops of the Handsafe onto hands, ensuring there is enough to cover the hands and fingers completely, rub in until dry.
Tests carried out
BS EN 14476:2013 + A2:2019 Chemical disinfectants and antiseptics – Quantitative suspension test for the evaluation of viricidal activity in the medical areas this gives a log 4 reduction, 99.99% effectiveness against enveloped viruses.
EN 1276:2009 RTU Chemical disinfectants and antiseptics. Quantitative suspension test for the evaluation of bactericidal activity of chemical disinfectants and antiseptics used in food, industrial, domestic and institutional areas, this gives a log 5 reduction, 99.999% effectiveness against bacteria.
Conclusion:
The product HandSafe Alcohol-Free met the log reduction requirements as specified in EN 1276 (5 lg within the relevant contact time) in dirty conditions with a contact time of 30s
BS EN 13727:2012+A2:2015 Quantitative suspension test for the evaluation of bactericidal activity of disinfectants intended for use in the medical area. It is a mandatory phase 2 step 1 suspension test for disinfectants intended for use in the medical area. The test evaluates the efficacy of the product against bacteria and gives a log 5 reduction, 99.999% effectiveness against bacteria.
Conclusion:
The product HandSafe Alcohol-Free met the log reduction requirements as specified in EN 13727 (5 lg within the relevant contact time) in dirty conditions with a contact time of 30s
